Project files
Systems, workflows, and proprietary processes
Final exported deliverables become yours upon full payment.
Turnaround estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. They may vary based on:
Project complexity
Number of revisions
Volume of content
Response times
We aim to deliver fast and consistently but do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless agreed upon in writing.
Most service plans include a defined number of revisions.
Revisions must relate to the original scope. Requests outside the scope may require additional fees.
You may cancel at any time:
Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
Project-based services are non-refundable once work has begun
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Payments are overdue
Terms are violated
Harmful or abusive behavior occurs
Both parties agree not to disclose private information shared during the project.
This includes strategy, performance data, or personal details.
Centrics Media is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Platform bans or strikes
Algorithm changes affecting performance
